Sabal rosei, commonly known as Llanos palmetto or Savannah palmetto, is a flowering plant species belonging to the palm family Arecaceae. It is native to the Pacific coast of Mexico, ranging from Sinaloa to Jalisco. This species is hardy to USDA zone 8a, and can tolerate both flooding and drought. It is most commonly found growing in dry locations.
