Rubus trilobus Ser. is a shrub that grows in moist or wet mountain coniferous forests. It can reach up to 5 meters (16.7 feet, 200 inches) in height and does not have prickles. Its leaves are broadly three-lobed with toothed edges; they are green on the upper surface and a lighter green on the underside. This species produces white flowers and dark purple fruit.
