Rubus formosensis, common names Formosan raspberry and Formosan bramble, is a flowering plant species in the Rosaceae family. It is native to southeastern China (specifically Guangdong and Guangxi) and Taiwan. It grows across a wide range of elevations, and is typically found in habitats where there is limited competition from other plants. It is a thornless shrub with a controlled climbing growth habit, reaching a maximum height of 2 meters (7 feet), and has attractive evergreen leaves. This plant is sold by commercial plant suppliers.
