Scientific name: Pyrrosia rupestris (R.Br.) Ching

The leaves of Pyrrosia rupestris are either round or tongue-shaped. Round leaves measure around 2 cm across, while longer leaves can reach up to 10 cm in length and 1.5 cm in width. Sterile leaves are round, and fertile leaves are long and tongue-shaped. Round dark sori, which contain spores, can be seen on the underside of the long fertile leaves. The rhizomes are orange-brown, long, and creeping. This fern is able to grow anchored to rocks or tree trunks.
