Pyrausta phoenicealis, commonly known as the perilla leaf moth, is a species of moth in the family Crambidae. It was first described by Jacob Hübner in 1818. This moth can be found across the globe, with confirmed occurrences in the Americas, Africa, Australia, and Asia. It is classified as a pest that affects Perilla (also called shiso), fruit mint (scientific name Dicerandra frutescens), and knobweed (scientific name Hyptis capitata). Its larvae feed on other mint plants in the family Lamiaceae, including Hyptis pectina, species in the genus Coleus, and rosemary.
