Pyrausta demantrialis is a moth species that belongs to the family Crambidae. This species was first described by Herbert Druce in 1895. Within the United States, it has been recorded from Arizona, Florida, Indiana, Michigan, New Mexico, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas, and West Virginia. It has also been documented outside the United States in Guerrero, Mexico, Loja Province, Ecuador, and Venezuela. In the United States, adult individuals of this species have been recorded in flight between June and November.
