Pyrausta californicalis, commonly known as the California pyrausta moth or Mint Moth, is a moth species belonging to the family Crambidae. This species was first described by Alpheus Spring Packard in 1873. It is native to North America, with recorded populations ranging from British Columbia to California. The wingspan of adult individuals is approximately 13 mm. Adult moths have been observed in flight from February through October. The larvae of this species feed on plants belonging to the Mentha genus.
