Psaphida resumens Walker, 1865 is a moth species from the Noctuidae family, commonly known as the figure-eight sallow. This moth has a distribution range that extends from southern Ontario and Massachusetts south to Florida, west to Texas, and north to Minnesota. Its wingspan measures between 32 and 38 mm. Adult Psaphida resumens are active and fly from March through May each year. The larvae of this species feed on the leaves of oak and maple trees.
