About Poritia sumatrae

Scientific name: Poritia sumatrae. Male individuals have an upper wing appearance similar to Poritia elegans, but the apical black region extends across almost two thirds of the forewing. On female individuals, the non-blue portions of the wings are tinted deep rust-brown. The under surface of the wings is rusty-yellow, and crossed by narrow, somewhat undulate, arcuate red-brown bands.
