About Platycorynus dejeani

Platycorynus dejeani is a species of leaf beetle. It was first described in 1849 by Italian entomologist Giuseppe Bertoloni, from material collected from Inhambane, Mozambique. This species is widely distributed across sub-Saharan Africa. In East Africa, its range stretches from Ethiopia southward to the former Cape Province of South Africa. It can also be found in Senegal, the Central African Republic, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
