Pituophis lineaticollis (Cope, 1861) is a species of snake. In 1894, the longest specimen of this species measured by Boulenger reached a total length of 1.5 m (4.9 ft), with a tail length of 23 cm (9.1 in). This species is native to Guatemala, as well as multiple Mexican states: Chiapas, Guerrero, Jalisco, Mexico, Michoacán, Morelos, Oaxaca, and Querétaro. Its preferred natural habitat is forest, occurring at altitudes ranging from 800 m to 2,500 m (2,600 ft to 8,200 ft). Pituophis lineaticollis reproduces by laying eggs, meaning it is oviparous.
