Phlox condensata (A.Gray) E.E.Nelson is a species of phlox with the common name dwarf phlox. It is native to the western United States, specifically occurring in eastern California, Nevada, and Colorado. It grows in rocky, mountainous habitats. This plant is a very compact, mat-forming perennial herb that grows in patches typically less than 1 centimeter tall. Its leaves are toothlike and lance-shaped, measuring no more than half a centimeter long, and are lined with stiff hairs. Its inflorescence consists of a single solitary tubular flower, which reaches up to 1 centimeter in length, and has a flat white or pale pink corolla.
