Phibalapteryx virgata, commonly known as the oblique striped, is a moth species belonging to the family Geometridae. It was first described by Johann Siegfried Hufnagel in 1767, and it can be found throughout Europe. The forewings of this moth measure 22–25 mm in length. This species looks similar to Orthonama vittata, but has a lighter body color. The moth has two or three generations per year, and flies from April to September. Its larva feeds primarily on lady's bedstraw.
