Phallus haitangensis is a fungus species that belongs to the Phallus genus. This species was first documented in 2016 in Yunnan, China. Its specific epithet haitangensis is named after Haitangwa, the village where the species was discovered. Specimens were found growing on soil beneath Pinus armandii trees.
