About Pechipogo strigilata (Linnaeus, 1758)
Pechipogo strigilata (Linnaeus, 1758) has a wingspan measuring 30 to 35 millimetres, which equals 1.2 to 1.4 inches. Its forewings are an ochreous base color, very densely dusted with yellow brown, and bear a slight dark mark at the cell. The inner and outer lines are brownish and more or less parallel; the inner line curves in the cell, while the outer line lies more widely beyond the inner. A subterminal line runs obliquely across the forewing. On the hindwing, the costal area is pale and lacks markings. The hindwing has a faint outer line, and a dark subterminal line that is edged with pale along its outer side.
