Its recorded distribution includes Australia (Queensland and New South Wales), Indonesia (Java and Borneo), China (Hong Kong), Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand, and the island of Fiji. This moth has a wingspan of approximately 20 millimeters. Its wings are marked with white and yellow stripes that have brown edges, with a distinct dark spot located near the costa of the forewings.
