Paradisea liliastrum produces trumpet-shaped white flowers, grouped into racemes that are 4–6 cm long. This species grows at elevations ranging from 1000 to 2300 meters. For cultivation, Paradisea liliastrum has earned the Royal Horticultural Society's Award of Garden Merit. It is propagated by seed, and should be grown in partial or full sunlight, in moist but well-drained soil.
