About Packera anonyma (Alph.Wood) W.A.Weber & Á.Löve
Packera anonyma produces abundant yellow flowers. Its typical main bloom period is May and early June; it blooms from April to May in the southern portion of its range, and from early June to mid-July in the northern portion. This species is a perennial herb native to the lower Northeastern United States and across the Southeastern United States. It occurs in regions that include the Appalachian Mountains and the southeastern Great Lakes states. It can be found growing in rock outcrops, roadsides, woods, and disturbed areas.
