Pachypodium geayi Costantin & Bois is a species of the genus Pachypodium that belongs to the dogbane family Apocynaceae, and it is native to southwest Madagascar. It has a succulent, metallic grey pachycaul trunk with thorns that are spaced uniformly along it. Its leaves are thin, grey-green, and marked with a bright pink mid-rib. This plant produces white flowers, and it is counted among the largest Pachypodium species found in Madagascar.
