Ozyptila praticola (C.L.Koch, 1837) is a species of crab spider distributed across Europe and the Middle East. Females of this species grow to a maximum length of 4 mm, while males reach a maximum length of 3 mm. Both sexes of Ozyptila praticola are dark reddish brown. This spider hunts primarily in undergrowth, but it can also be found under tree bark or on the lower branches of trees. Females deposit and guard their egg sacs in these same habitats. Adult Ozyptila praticola can be found for most of the year.
