About Oxycnemis fusimacula Smith, 1902

Oxycnemis fusimacula, a species of moth in the family Noctuidae, was first described by John Bernhardt Smith in 1902. This moth is found in California, Nevada, and Baja California. It has a wingspan of approximately 24 mm. Adult individuals of this species fly from July through August. Oxycnemis fusimacula larvae have been successfully reared using Krameria parvifolia as a host plant.
