About Ordgarius magnificus (Rainbow, 1897)
Ordgarius magnificus (first described by Rainbow in 1897) shows notable size differences between females and males. Females can reach up to 14 millimeters in body length, with a body width nearly equal to their length, while males only grow to 2 millimeters in body length. Female individuals have a creamy-white base color, with a pattern of pink and yellow spots across the abdomen, and a clustered arrangement of white and reddish tubercles on the head that forms a crown-like shape.
