Oligodon fasciolatus, first formally described by Günther in 1864, can reach a maximum total length of 115 cm, or 45 inches. Its base body color is brownish, with possible additional tinges of yellow-olive, greyish-brown, or reddish-brown. This species is geographically distributed in southeastern Myanmar, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, and Vietnam. Its preferred natural habitat is forest. Oligodon fasciolatus reproduces by laying eggs, meaning it is oviparous.
