Oenothera rhombipetala, commonly known as four-point evening-primrose, greater four-point evening-primrose, or diamond petal primrose, is a flowering plant species belonging to the family Onagraceae. It is native to the central United States. This is a biennial species that is frequently found growing alongside roads, and it can reach a maximum height of 5 feet (1.5 metres). In ecological terms, the dusk- and night-flying bee Lasioglossum texanum collects pollen exclusively from four-point evening-primrose.
