This species has the scientific name Ocrisiona leucocomis (L.Koch, 1879). For its physical description, the cephalothorax is blackish and has a white stripe on its dorsal side. The legs are blackish. The abdomen is blackish, with a light stripe on its dorsal side and two to three light spots. In terms of distribution, the species is widespread across all of Australia. It has also been recorded in New Zealand.
