Neottia bifolia (Raf.) Baumbach, also known by its scientific synonym Listera australis, has the common name southern twayblade. It is a terrestrial orchid species that occurs in eastern Canada, ranging from Nova Scotia to Ontario, and in the eastern United States, ranging from Florida west to eastern Texas and north to Vermont.
