About Nebula malvata (Rambur, 1833)
Nebula malvata (Rambur, 1833), originally named Larentia malvata, is a moth species belonging to the family Geometridae. It was first described by Rambur in 1833. This species is found in Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Croatia, and Greece, and also occurs on the islands of Sardinia, Corsica, Sicily, Malta, and Crete. It has a wingspan ranging from 26 to 31 mm. The larvae of this moth feed on plant species from the genera Malva and Lavatera.
