Myrmecia queenslandica is an Australian ant species that belongs to the genus Myrmecia. It is abundant across most Australian states and is primarily found in Queensland. The typical body length of this bull ant species ranges from 11 to 13 millimetres. Myrmecia queenslandica is similar in both appearance and size to the related species Myrmecia michaelseni. Most of the body of Myrmecia queenslandica is black, while the pubescence on its gaster is distinctly yellowish in colour.
