Myrmecia analis is a species belonging to the ant genus Myrmecia. It was first described by Mayr in 1862. This species is typically found only in Western Australia. On average, adult Myrmecia analis measure between 20 and 22 millimetres in length, though some worker individuals may be slightly smaller. Its overall body colouration is similar to that of Myrmecia vindex, but Myrmecia analis has a slightly darker head. The mandibles of this species measure around 3 to 4 millimetres in length.
