Mycena olivaceomarginata (Massee) Massee is an agaric fungus species that belongs to the family Mycenaceae. English mycologist George Edward Massee first published its description in 1890 under the name Agaricus olivaceomarginata, and he reclassified it into the Mycena genus in 1893. The species was originally described from specimens collected in Great Britain. It can be found in Europe and North America, and its mycelium is bioluminescent.
