Muilla maritima is a species of flowering plant with the common names sea muilla and common muilla. It is native to California and Baja California, where it grows in many types of habitats ranging from the coast to the Mojave Desert, the Sierra Nevada foothills, and other inland mountains. It occurs in grassland, woodland, desert, and forest plant communities. This is a perennial plant that grows from a corm, and produces an erect flowering stem that reaches up to half a meter in height.
