Mocis conveniens, commonly known as the pale brown lines, is a species of moth belonging to the family Erebidae. This moth has a broad distribution across Africa south of the Sahara, occurring from Ethiopia to Sierra Leone, and from Sudan to South Africa. It has also been recorded as present in Yemen. The wingspan of Mocis conveniens measures approximately 40 millimetres, which equals 1.6 inches.
