About Mibora minima (L.) Desv.

Mibora minima (L.) Desv. is a small annual grass species. It grows in tufts of thin stems that are approximately 0.3 mm wide and 10 cm long. Each stem bears 2 or 3 leaves located at or very near its base. The leaves have tender, shallowly grooved sheaths that are rounded on the back, with ligules measuring 0.2–1 mm long. Their leaf blades are either flat or enrolled, 1–5 cm long, up to 0.5 mm wide, and end in a stump tip.
