Metaxmeste schrankiana is a species of moth belonging to the family Crambidae. It was originally described by Siegmund von Hochenwarth in 1785. This moth is found across most of western Europe, with confirmed locations including France, the Iberian Peninsula, Scandinavia, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Greece, and the Balkans. It has a wingspan that ranges from 18 to 23 mm. The larvae of Metaxmeste schrankiana feed on the plants Vaccinium myrtillus, Vaccinium uliginosum, Vaccinium vitis-idaea, and Calluna vulgaris.
