About Mandevilla brachysiphon (Torr.) Pichon

Mandevilla brachysiphon, commonly known as Huachuca Mountain rocktrumpet, is a plant species. It is native to southern Arizona, southwestern New Mexico, Texas, Chihuahua, and Sonora. It grows on rocky slopes and plains in desert and grassland habitats, often on limestone soil. It is a low-growing plant that rarely reaches a height of more than 40 cm. It produces white, showy flowers that open at night and are strongly fragrant. Its seeds are covered in very fine short hairs.
