Madarellus undulatus (Say & T., 1824) is a species of weevil that belongs to the Baridinae subfamily. Adult individuals of this species range from 2.8 to 4.5 millimetres (0.11 to 0.18 inches) in length. They have a brown head, and a body that is black, or sometimes reddish in color. Their prothorax is glossy, and marked with noticeable punctures; their elytra have a striate texture. Madarellus undulatus is found in Canada (specifically in the provinces of Ontario and Quebec) and the United States. The larvae of this species feed on poison ivy and Parthenocissus quinquefolia.
