Lycomorpha splendens is a moth species belonging to the family Erebidae. It was first formally described by William Barnes and James Halliday McDunnough in 1912. This moth is found in North America, with recorded occurrences in the states of Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas and Utah. The forewings of Lycomorpha splendens measure between 12 and 15 millimeters in length. Adult moths of this species are active and can be seen in flight from May through October.
