About Lomographa inamata (Walker, 1861)

This moth species, Lomographa inamata (Walker, 1861), has a wingspan of approximately 26 to 36 mm. On its forewings, vein 11 is stalked with veins 7, 8, 9, and 10; it fuses first with vein 12, then with vein 10. The body is white and speckled with black, while the frons is rufous. The forewings have a fulvous costa and a single speck at the end of the cell. An indistinct line runs from the origin of vein 2 to the inner margin, and a postmedial fulvous and yellow line runs from below the costa. The hindwings have a speck in the cell and a fulvous and yellow postmedial line. The cilia of both wings are fulvous, with fuscous tips.
