Limacella delicata (Fr.) Earle ex Konrad & Maubl. is a species of mushroom that belongs to the genus Limacella. It is also sometimes referenced by its synonym, Limacella glioderma (Fr.) Maire. This mushroom has a reddish cap that can grow up to 8 centimetres, or 3 inches, wide. Its whitish gills are typically adnexed when young, and become free as the mushroom matures. The stalk can reach up to 12 centimetres in length and 1.5 centimetres in thickness; the stalk bears a ring, and the portion of the stalk above the ring is whitish in colour. The spore print of Limacella delicata is white.
