About Leccinum duriusculum (Schulzer ex Kalchbr.) Singer

Leccinum duriusculum (Schulzer ex Kalchbr.) Singer is a bolete mushroom that belongs to the genus Leccinum. In 1874, Hungarian-Croatian mycologist Stephan Schulzer von Müggenburg originally described this species under the name Boletus duriusculus. Rolf Singer later transferred this species to the genus Leccinum in 1947.
