Lavandula pinnata Lundmark is a shrub that reaches 18 to 24 inches in height. It has square stems, and opposite, simple, pinnately dissected leaves. The leaves are covered in fine white hairs, which give the entire plant a downy look. Its flowers are deep violet, arranged in single or triple flower spikes, and bloom from late spring through summer.
