About Lampetis dilaticollis (Waterhouse, 1882)

Lampetis dilaticollis (Waterhouse, 1882) reaches a body length between approximately 21 and 32 millimetres, or 0.83 to 1.26 inches. Its elytra, pronotum, and antennae are black with blue and violet tinges. The elytra bear brassy-cupreous punctures and impressions. The pronotum has a smooth surface with no punctures, while its ventral surface is bluish black. This species is distributed in Mexico.
