Lagocheirus araneiformis (Linnaeus, 1767) is a species of longhorn beetle. Adults of this species reach a body length of 20 to 28 millimetres, which equals 0.79 to 1.10 inches. The basic body coloration of these beetles is grey brown. This species is classified as a pest that affects cassava (Manihot esculenta) and sugar cane (Saccharum species). This species can be found in Mexico, Ecuador, Honduras, the Antilles, Peru, and Venezuela.
