Juncus repens, commonly known as the lesser creeping rush, is a flowering plant species belonging to the family Juncaceae. This species is native to the southeastern United States, Cuba, and Tabasco, Mexico. It has been recorded growing in streams, lakes, ponds, and ditches. It is able to continue growing when fully submerged, so it is used as a plant for freshwater aquariums.
