Jasminum didymum G.Forst. is a plant species that grows as either a scrambling vine or a low shrub. It is native to multiple regions: insular Southeast Asia, ranging from Java to the Philippines; Australia, including the Northern Territory, Norfolk Island, and all Australian states except Tasmania; and several Pacific islands, specifically New Guinea, the Solomon Islands, Fiji, Niue, New Caledonia, and the Society Islands. In its native range, this species can be found naturally growing in habitats that span from rainforests to arid and semi-arid shrublands.
