Indalia lutarella (Linnaeus, 1758), also referred to as Eilema lutarella, is a species of moth that belongs to the family Erebidae. This moth has a geographic range that extends from North Africa, through Central Europe, to the regions surrounding the Amur River and Sakhalin. In the northern part of its range, it can be found as far north as Scandinavia, the Komi Republic in European Russia, and the Vitim River in Siberia. The wingspan of this moth measures 27 to 30 mm. Adult moths fly from July to August, with the exact timing varying based on location. The larvae of Indalia lutarella feed on lichen.
