About Iliamna bakeri (Jeps.) Wiggins

Iliamna bakeri (Jeps.) Wiggins is a perennial herb. It grows from a woody caudex, producing a densely hairy stem that reaches heights between 30 and 70 centimeters, which is equivalent to 11+5⁄6 to 27+1⁄2 inches. Its rough-haired, three-pointed leaves grow on thick petioles, and each leaf measures 1 to 5 centimeters, or 1⁄3 to 2 inches, long. When blooming, it produces an abundance of cup-shaped pink-lavender flowers. Each flower has five petals that are 1 to 3 centimeters, or 1⁄3 to 1+1⁄6 inches, long. Its fruit is a small, bristly capsule.
