Hypochrysops delicia, commonly known as the moonlight jewel, is a species of butterfly in the family Lycaenidae. This species was first described by Hewitson in 1875. It is distributed in eastern Australia, and has a wingspan of approximately 40 millimeters. The larvae of Hypochrysops delicia feed on various species of Acacia, specifically including Acacia binervia, Acacia dealbata, Acacia flavescens, Acacia implexa, Acacia irrorata, Acacia leiocalyx, Acacia mearnsii, Acacia melanoxylon, Acacia parramattensis, Acacia pycnantha, and Acacia spectabilis. Larvae of this species are typically attended by ants of the genus Crematogaster.
