Hypericum reflexum is a plant species that belongs to the St. John's wort family, Hypericaceae. This species is endemic to the Canary Islands. It grows as a small shrub that can reach a maximum height of 1 meter, which is equivalent to 3 feet 3 inches. Its leaves are arranged oppositely, are sessile, and can grow up to 25 millimeters (0.98 inches) long and 12 millimeters (0.47 inches) wide. The plant's flowerheads bear between 5 and 40 bright yellow flowers, each of which has five petals. This species was first formally described in 1782 by Carl Linnaeus the Younger.
