Horisme intestinata, commonly known as the brown bark carpet moth, is a moth species belonging to the family Geometridae. It is widely distributed across most of temperate North America. Its typical habitat is wooded areas. The wingspan of this moth ranges from 21 to 32 millimeters. Adult moths are active in two distinct periods: from late May to late July, and again from early September to early October. Recorded observations confirm that larvae of this species feed on garden Clematis.
